Fight (ban) internet Trolls and Spammers

I am happy to endorse the new effort to combat spam and internet "trolls" (troublemakers, rude people, those who fill our email boxes with complaining and off-topic postings) called "BanListing."

Especially after another Yahoo group just banned me for sending them "on topic" postings, and which ignored my request to clarify their policy. The new blog to fight spam is http://BanListing.blogspot.com ... and I hope all group owners to become a "participating group" there and make use of their list of BANNED spammers and trolls which is now on Public Display. Also, they provide suggested language to put somewhere at your group or in a welcome message to WARN spammers and trolls GO AWAY:

"Warning to Spammers and Trolls. This group is armed and dangerous to you. Your spam will not be approved. You will be banned on your first try. Your name will be given to http://BanListing.blogspot.com and shared with other group owners who will ALL BAN YOU immediately. Don’t even think of wasting your time here, go away. Our members are protected. It is safe to set your membership to RECEIVE MAIL here."

After I reported the name of the Yahoo group that banned me, some of my friends went into those groups, got the names of all the owners/moderators there, and added THEIR NAMES to the BanListing. Isn't that precious?

An example of TROLL behavior is the sometimes accusation that asian girls "look too young." It is almost funny, the silliness of such. Consider: most women until age 25 or older, WISH AND PRAY that you think they are older than they really are. This is true, right? But then reversal. After about age 25 or so, MOST women on this earth, WISH you think they are YOUNGER. You may visit any of your big Department Stores (we have S&M in Philippines for example) and find the most expensive things that ladies buy to make their face and body look YOUNGER. There are at least five (5) new "diet" books in the bestseller list EVERY year, for year after year. The ladies ALL wish to look YOUNGER and why is this? Because of you men. You men prefer YOUNGER LOOKING ladies.

So here asian ladies are, for whatever reason we are made to look 10 or 20 years younger because of our skin and face appearance. To western men we look BETTER. When we are younger, we are thought to be TOO YOUNG but when we get older we turn HAPPY to realize that western men all think we are YOUNGER than we REALLY are. Is this not a great blessing? It is not a big thing in Philippines, but to western men they are VERY happy with the more youthful appearance, the slim, nice skin and so on.

But not everybody is happy about this. Some complain very bitterly and say nasty things to us because of how we look. Even though I only am associated with websites that have photos with their name on them, and their website says OVER AGE 18 and the legal USA statement, I still have some write to bitterly complain "but they still "look too young." They make threats, they ban me, they complain.

Is this not TROLL behavior?

When they try to "publish" such, is this not FLAMING behavior?

So, with new BanListing blog can fight back at last.

Perhaps dear Reader you will smile and laugh and think, trying to fight SPAMMERS and TROLLS on the internet is like spitting into the wind as the Hurricane approaches (we have Typhoons in the Philippines, I am not sure the difference but both sound AWFUL). Perhaps that does not stop the Hurricane. Perhaps that does not in any way lessen the damage. But you know what? We are human beings, we are Created Beings, we are made in His Image, and doing what is right sometimes, even without effect, is still what is right.

So rather than complain about SPAMMERS and TROLLS on the internet, Ching4u strongly supports this new effort. I hope all group owners (yahoo or google) will carry their WARNING disclaimer at their group, copy the BAN listing (you can ban 200 people at a time so just going back to that BanListing every week or two is fine) to your own group and BAN the trolls and SPAMMERS. If you are not a group owner you can still write to the group you are a member of and urge them to participate, perhaps even POST the names you want to be BANNED at the group or simply urge the owners to BAN SPAMMERS and TROLLS.

I do not know if their is anything bad about this idea but I sure can see what is good here. I wanted you to know. Ask your yahoo or google group to participate at BanListing. Isn't it about time we fight back against internet Spammers and Trolls? Next, I will get back to providing some more fun asian girl pix, stay tuned.
